How the work divides
Sourcing
Selects suppliers, negotiates batch sizes, and refuses anything that cannot be traced back to a manufacturing record.
Quality and testing
Sends each batch for third-party HPLC analysis and publishes the certificate against the product it belongs to.
Orders and support
Handles cold-chain packing, shipping questions, and the email you send when something is not clear.
