Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are accepted only when the product is unopened, unused, and undamaged, and the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns must be initiated by contacting support@propeptide.ca with your order number within the 14-day window.
• Products that have been opened, used, or whose integrity or storage cannot be verified are not returnable for safety and compliance reasons.
• Pro Peptide pays return shipping on approved returns. No restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@propeptide.ca within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved cases receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item, or approving a damaged or incorrect claim.

Loyalty points

Points earned on a returned, refunded, or cancelled order are reversed. See the Loyalty Terms.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once shipped, the return terms above apply.
