Where we ship

Domestic Canada only. No international shipping. All prices and charges are in CAD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Carrier and delivery

Shipped via a Canadian courier. Estimated delivery 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping rates

$20 flat rate on all Canadian orders. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Delays and lost packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays once dispatched. For lost or damaged shipments, contact support@propeptide.ca within 7 business days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and photos.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for a correct shipping address. Reshipment for address errors may incur charges.
